Died in a 2year battle with ovarian Cancer.

When my mum was first diagnosed with cancer you always fear the worst, but not her. She was determined to beat her cancer and fight it all the way, for the sake of her family who she loved more than life itself. She stayed positive right to the very end but sadly could fight no more.
My mum was an inspiration to all her positive attitude and determination kept us going and also others around her. She was always smiling and usually filled a room with laughter.
My mum was truly the most amazing person i know she knew me and my sister inside out and was a great role model. She had two daughters Emma 21 and Charlotte 18. She was so proud of us both My sister Charlotte who is studying to become a nurse and Emma who has recently graduated with a marketing degree. Even when the going got tough she was there with encouraging words and support.
She had a brilliant sense of humour and was known for being nutty. When she first started to loose her hair and was waiting for her wig she wore a Red tinsel crimped wig (like those clowns wear). Her collegues were in stitches when she turned into work with it on, but that was my mum!
She will be missed greatly by family and friends leaving a lasting impression on our lives. She now lives in all our hearts and always will.

Dear Auntie Claire!
Its now been 3 years and 5 months since you left us! I always think about you and your care free ways, I am now in year 9 and loving high school, got loads of friends and trying to live life to the full just as my auntie claire did. so many people love you and miss you, you will never be forgotten, niamh is now 2!! nearly 3, we try and remind her of you when we can. Her full name is Niamh Claire Mary Abbott, after you thats how much we love you. so whenever i look at niamh i think of you. she is like you too really cheeky, always got a trick up her sleeve to impress us or make us laugh. She is gorgeous to blessed with good looks!

What can I say? 1 year on and still it makes no sence why you were taken away.
You were a wonderful woman. I will never forget the time when me and Charlotte were going on a night out and you did our make up for us so we looked 'propper grown up!!' I was well pleased!
I will always remember the good times. You were the life and soul of the party.
I would just like to say that you were a credit to your family Claire and I can safley say I will never meet anyone like you again. You were such a determined lady and I admire you for that.
